My name is Roy Essandoh and I am a qualified personal trainer, strength / sports conditioning coach and sports massage therapist.
My background is firmly sporting based, I played professional football for over 10 years for teams in the UK including; Motherwell, Wycombe Wanders and Barnet as well as in Scandanavia and Austria. Coming from a professional sporting background the only natural progression for me was into the fitness training industry/environment.
I have a passion for health and fitness training and really enjoy being able to use my experience and knowledge gained from professional sport's training to benefit my clients, to motivate and encourage them to reach their maximum potential and feel the many benefits exercise and a healthy life style has to offer!!
